French
Lesson - Pets (Frenchp.zip) :
Four pets are in a line. You must
determine what order they are in and what color each one is. The only
tricky part is that the clues are in French!
Math
Drill (Mathdrill.zip) :
This is a simple math drill to
illustrate how Brain Cell can be utilized as a fun way to practice math
drills. No clues provided on this one. Use your knowledge!
Vocabulary
Lesson (Vocab1.zip) : contributed by Steven
Holmes of Hiram Johnson High School in Sacramento
This is a simple puzzle, merely
1-dimensional, that illustrates how Brain Cell can be used as a fun way to
reinforce a vocabulary lesson. The student is given 5 words and must place
them in order based on the clues. The clues are quite creative!
US
Presidents (Presidents.zip): You must place these 5 famous US
Presidents in chronological order, 1st through most recent. Identify where
each president was born, what party he represented and who is vice
president was.
Math Series (Math.zip):
This is more of a math puzzle than a logic problem as the clues are
mathematical rather than logical. Columns 1 through 5 each contain a math
series. In other words there is a pattern running through the numbers so
that you can calculate the next number in the series. Your job is to
arrange the numbers in each column to form the math series as described by
the clues.
Astronomy
Lesson (Planets.zip): Learn about the Solar system. You
must place the first five planets of our solar
system in order from the Sun. How many moons does each planet have? What
is the diameter of each of these planets in miles? How much would a 100
pound man (or woman) weigh on each of these planets? You may use the clues
or use your knowledge to solve this one!
